Employee Information

Employee Ski/Ride Privileges

Active SC staff members in good standing may receive the following skiing/riding privileges.

Full Time Year Round Employees:
Part time Year round, Full Time seasonal, Part Time Seasonal and Temporary:
Qualified Family Members are defined as:
Spouse               Husband or Wife
Children              Dependent children age 7 - 21 who live at home
Grandchildren   Grandchildren age 7 - 21 who live at home with their parents
Parents               Employees who are 21 or younger, are unmarried, and have no children, may list their          parents as Qualified Family Members.                   

Children and Grandchildren who are between 16 and 21 years of age must provide proof of age to the cashier at the time of pass purchase.  Proof of age may be in the form of a drivers' license or current year school ID with photo.  Passes will not be issued to these individuals who cannot show proof of age at the time of purchase.

The employee season pass will be good for one snow pass per day.  Employee passes are subject to availability of snow passes on any given session and SC reserves the right to have any employee skiing/riding on their employee pass, report for work, if needed.  Employee family passes are good for one snow pass per day, any day, including holidays and are subject to availability of snow passes on any given session.  Employee and employee family season snow passes are valid only while the employee is working for the company and in good standing.  Abuse or fraudulent use of passes is grounds for revocation of season pass and/or termination.

If you are terminated, all pass privileges for you, the employee, and for any family members that you have purchased a pass for, are also terminated without refund.   All passes are valid only when you, the employee, are in good standing and active.
