With either one of the above Group Options, there are a few guidelines that you need to know:
- If you are using Option #1 and checking in and paying when you arrive at Snow Creek, you may make changes - additions or subtractions (not below the minimum of 15) at the one time of check-in only.
- The Group leader will provide payment upon arrival. Cash, Check (From Organization or M.O. - One check - not multiples), or Credit Card (One CC charge - not multiples.) Master Card, Visa, Discover
- This special cannot be applied in addition to other daily or weekly specials, just off regular posted rates.
- If you prepay in full online, there can be no changes to your reservation within 5 business days (Mon-Fri) of your trip. Your tickets will be held in the Group Office at Snow Creek. On your ski date, your group leader will pick your ticket package up at the Group Office upon arrival and you are ready to go. No waiting in line or check-in procedures.
- Check-In times for Late night Sessions on Fri., Sat, and Specials ( 12/31, 1/18, and 2/15) available 7:30pm earliest check -in. up to 9:30pm latest check-in.
- Convenient bus unloading next to lodge
- No waiting in regular ticket lines
Prices are listed both without and with MO sales tax. Any groups claiming sales tax exemption must provide a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate to Snow Creek with their reservation or purchase. (If registering online, please fax or e-mail a copy of your tax exempt letter to 816-386-2617 to the Attention of Group Sales - or - e-mail Groups@skisnowcreek.com.) Be sure to include your Group name and ski date with your fax for identification. If you do not have a tax-exempt letter, 5.6% MO Sales tax will be added on to your total. Equipment rental is subject to availability and issued on a first come-first served basis. Equipment cannot be reserved.
