Ski/Ride Club Ski Pass Program

These special club passes allow participants to come to Snow Creek once-a-week, Monday - Thursday, to ski or snowboard for the entire season....for only $99!   (Two blackout dates - the MLK Monday holiday, 1/18/10, and the President's Day Monday holiday, 2/15/10.) 

Each individual will receive a credit card type pass that they will keep with them and show at the Snow Creek ticket window to pick up a lift ticket (or lift and rental) each time they visit.  *Important to understand - Rental is on a first come - first served basis.  If you need rental with your pass and we are out of your size, that is a risk you assume.  We have over 1200 pairs of rental skis and over 350 snowboards...so it is a small risk. 

Each pass holder will need to either e-mail a photo to websales@skisnowcreek.com (Label with First Name, Last Name and type of pass purchased.) or have your photo taken at Snow Creek for their pass to be printed.  * Tip... E-mailing saves you time when you pick up your pass because your pass will be printed and ready the first time you visit. These passes are not transferable.  Pass holders will wear the ticket to access the slopes. 

Lessons with a special club price will be available for purchase at the ticket window when the pass holder checks in and uses their pass to get their lift ticket.  (25% Savings on lessons!)

Adult/Senior 1 hr. group lesson Age 13 & up)	$ 14
Youth (Ages 7-12) 1 hr. group lesson	$ 11

This program is designed to keep individuals active during the winter by introducing them to skiing and snowboarding at an unbelievable price! 

In addition, this is also a FANTASTIC FUNDRAISER!  When you have a *minimum of 25 individuals as a part of your group purchase, Snow Creek will donate 10% back to the school or group.  *If you have less than 25 in your group that purchase passes, you may still purchase the club pass, but you will not receive a 10% donation back to your group.

HOW TO GET STARTED:

1.	Choose a Group leader - must be an adult.  (18+)
2.	Call or e-mail Group Sales to register: 816-640-2014 groups@skisnowcreek.com
3.	Snow Creek Sales will register your group and assign you a username and a password as the leader.
4.	The group will be given a link to the club login page.
5.	The Group Leader's password will allow them access to a page where they can view all of the group purchases and also a place where they can post messages for their particular group.
6.	Snow Creek Sales will also assign a password for the individual group members.  They will be able to access the Screen for their particular group, to see messages posted by their group leader and the resort, and to purchase their club pass.
7.	The Ski/Ride Club pass sale has ended.  The fundraising benefit ends Nov. 30th at Midnight as scheduled. (The 10% is calculated only on the pass price; it is not given on the sales tax.)
8.	Those qualifying for fund raising benefits will receive their check after all the sales are confirmed and processed.
9.	Once the fund raising check is issued, NO pass refunds will be allowed.
