    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

After your reservation, you will receive a confirmation packet by email (or fax/mail) outlining the details of our trip. The confirmation will also include expectations for both students and chaperones, as well as additional information helpful for your trip. The Snow Creek Group Office will be available anytime throughout the process to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have.

Helpful Tools (Part of Confirmation Packet)

Personal Food Items: Groups are welcome to bring their personal food and beverage items, however, we ask that they are enjoyed outside on our patio. We do not allow coolers or personal food and drink inside the lodge. Thank you for your cooperation!

Snow Boarding is not a part of the field trip. If a student wishes to try snowboarding, they will first have to complete the ski lesson and wait until 11:30am when the slopes open to the public. At that time, they can also purchase a lesson at regular price ($20) to learn snowboarding. We encourage students to stick with skiing during the field trip.

    Chaperones:

    • Siblings of the school children are not permitted to join the group. Both on-snow (skiing) chaperones and non-skiing chaperones (in the lodge) are needed to help your field trip run smoothly and efficiently. Chaperone limit 1:7 students.
    • Snow Creek reserves the right to limit your number of chaperones if we feel that your chaperone to student ratio is unacceptable. Their field trip is for the students and an excess of outside chaperones can take away from their experience. Non-skiing chaperones do not count towards the chaperone limit.
    • Any parents coming along that are not official chaperones may purchase a discounted ticket ($31 Lift, $54 w/Rental, $14 group lesson) beginning at 11:30am when Snow Creek opens to the public.
