Snow Creek has special rates for groups of 20 participants or more. Bring your group of friends, family, schoolmates, youth group, or co-workers together and come experience all Snow Creek has to offer. We offer special group rates that are versatile, easy to organize and offer activities for everyone. Group reservations start the second week of January.

Ski & Ride Groups
- Group minimum of 20 participants required for discounts to apply.
- Group Sponsor must pick up all tickets.
- Not offered on any weekends, including holidays.
- Rental and lesson add-ons available.
- Dates are not guaranteed until reservation has been finalized.
- Reservations are required. Snow Creek requires a 7 Day booking window for reservations. Final counts 72 hours prior to arrival.

Tubing Groups

- Available Thursdays-Sundays, not including Holidays

Field Trip Groups
Snow Creek would like to invite your school out for a Field Trip - a special fun filled & instructional day on the slopes! The objective is to introduce children to skiing and snowboarding and to get them outside, enjoying winter in a fun, safe environment.
- Offered Thursday & Friday (non Holiday) only
- Field Trips can arrive as early as 9am
- Group minimum of 50 participants required for discounts to apply.
- Participants must be ages 7 and up
- Dates are not guaranteed until reservation has been finalized.
- Reservations are required. Snow Creek requires a 7 DAY booking window.
- Cost per person will include lift ticket, rental, & a lesson.
- Field Trip leader must pay for all tickets at time of booking. Field Trip leaders must know final numbers 72 hours prior to arrival.
- If unable to pay with CC, billing to your groups account is possible. Email SnowCreekFieldTrips@vailresorts.com to inquire/set up.
Field Trip Dining:
- If your school would like to purchase food in advance for their group, please let us know at time off booking.
- If you purchase food at the lodge, you may enjoy it at either our indoor or outdoor seating. If you bring a sack lunch you may enjoy it outside on the back patio.

Slope Days After School Program
Bring your school or youth group to the mountain to learn to ski and ride or enhance your skills! This group program is designed to give your students the experience of a lifetime in a three week program. Each student will receive a lift ticket for each day of the program plus rentals and an hour-long lesson at a value rate.
