Preparing For Your Trip
Packing List
- Helmet: The use of helmets is strongly recommended. Children and teens under age 18 who participate in ski & ride school classes or programs must wear a helmet.
- Warm clothes including moisture wicking base layers, mid layers to trap body heat, and water-resistant outerwear, warm calf-high socks, and gloves or mittens.
- Goggles or sunglasses
- Sunscreen is recommended, even on cloudy days.
- Don’t have your own gear? Rent with Snow Creek and let our experts fit you with the best boots, skis or snowboard for your best day on the mountain.
- Lift Access: Lift Tickets can be purchased online in advance here. Anyone accessing any location on the snow must have a valid lift ticket. All lesson participants must have a valid lift ticket or pass. Group Lessons can purchase their ticket as a part of their package.
First time on mountain this season? Make sure you review and sign the waiver in your account prior to your trip.

Ski, Snowboard, & Tubing parking is located anywhere in the main lot by the ski lodge. On busy days you may be directed to use some of our overflow parking areas.
Snow Creek does not offer shuttles and is not near any public transportation. Ride share is minimal in the local area.
Arriving on Mountain
You've made it! Here are some tips for your on-mountain arrival.
Make your way to our Main Lodge building. As you enter from the parking lot, you will immediately find our outdoor ticket windows, where you can purchase lift tickets and rentals. Coming on a busy day and don't want to wait in multiple lines? Purchase online in advance and then utilize the Express Lift Ticket Pick-Up!
Rentals can be found in the building directly to the left of the main lodge. Ski & Ride School will have a tent set up for check ins. On busy days,
Already have your Epic Pass, Lift Ticket card, and gear? Head straight to the hill!
Getting to the hill and lifts is easy at Snow Creek! As you exit out the back of Rentals or the Main Lodge, you arrive at the Main Plaza and our ski hill! Head on out to the snow.
The More You Snow
- We are thrilled to welcome so many new to the sport! The website is key to help you book and secure everything you need in advance of your arrival!
- Book your rentals, online, in advance. This will save time and money. Equipment rentals are NOT included in your lift ticket and must be booked as a separate purchase.
- New to the sport? Schedule a lesson. It is the very best way for you to fall in love with the sport and return for a second visit. (We want to see you come back!)
- Tubing is NOT included with your lift ticket or pass. Tubing needs to be a separate ticket.
- Dress in layers to make it easy for you to adjust and stay comfortable.
- Download the MyEpic App and check the alerts to get the latest real-time updates on the mountain.
