NASTAR stands for NAtional STAndard Race and is the largest public grassroots ski racing program in the world. Founded in 1968, NASTAR gives recreational racers an opportunity to compete and compare their scores to friends and family regardless of when and where they race using the NASTAR handicap system. SNOW CREEK NASTAR RACING

The Midwest Adaptive Sports (MAS) Competition Center is pleased to once again sponsor NASTAR racing at Snow Creek Ski & Board Area for the 2019-2020 ski season.

WHEN: Begins Sunday, December 29, 2019 (snow conditions permitting) FINISHED FOR THE SEASON

WHERE: Racing will be held on Six Shooter

DAY & TIME:

  • Every Thursday from 6:30pm-8:30pm 

  • Sunday from 10:30am-12:30pm

COST: Daily passes = $10.00  |   Season passes = $50.00.

All race fees collected by MAS goes to offset the cost of the NASTAR program as well as contributing to the support of our adaptive program which provides services to our fellow adaptive skiers and snowboarders.



RACING CLINICS

2019-2020 WINTER SEASON

Each lesson will last approximately 2 hours.

The program is flexible, so join us once or as many times as your schedule allows.

WHO:  Skiers of all ages and ability levels

WHEN:

  • Mondays 6:30pm-8:30pm on snow | Wednesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm on snow
  • 1st Monday session runs January 6th - January 27th
  • 1st Wednesday session runs January 8th – January 30th
  • 2nd Monday session runs February 3rd - February 24th
  • 2nd Wednesday session runs February 5th – February 26th

COST*:

  • $30 per session
  • $100 for either all Monday or Wednesday sessions for a single month
  • $200 for all Monday sessions (Jan & Feb) or all Wednesday sessions (Jan & Feb)
  • $320 for all sessions both months

Please Note:

  • *All sessions must be purchased before the session starts. 
  • Lift ticket and/or rental equipment is not included. A valid lift ticket or a season pass is required for participation.
  • Allow a little extra time the first time you join us to get registered and ready to go on the snow.
  • Check-in 5-10 minutes prior to the start of each lesson at the Ski School Building.
